IFFI 2015 to pay homage to late Bollywood stalwarts

New Delhi, Nov.1 : To acknowledge the work of the film personalities who passed away last year, 2015 International Film Festival of India (IFFI) will pay homage to Dadasaheb Phalke Award winners director K. Balachander and producer D. Ramanaidu and other legendary Indian film personalities, including illustrious music composers Ravindra Jain and Aadesh Shrivastava.

In a special Homage section, the IFFI will also pay a homage to renowned actors Deven Verma, Manorama and Indra Bania; producer Eddida Nageshwar Rao and music composer M.S. Vishwanathan, besides film directors Nirad Mohapatra and Bidyut Chakravarty.

The most memorable films of all these veteran stars will be screened in the festival.

Organized by the Directorate of Film Festivals, the event would pay a cinematic tribute to the departed souls during the 46th edition of IFFI to be held from November 20 to 30 2015. (ANI)
