(Siasat News)Mr. Abid Rasool khan, General secretary of A.P Congress Committee condemned the statement of TDP leader Mr. T.Devender Gound in which he had made a comparison of Congress rule with that Moghal emperor Aurangzeb. He demanded Mr. Goud to take back his statement. He told that, Mr. Devender Goud has every right to criticize Congress Govt. on political grounds. He can find fault with Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy C.M of A.P. Since he has dragged the name of Moghal Emperor Aurangzab that is objectionable. Aurangzeb has been a very good ruler of his time. He had paid attention to education. He established many educational institutions. He had complete control over administration. He had no parallel in the dispensation of justice. He used to draw income by writing the Quran. He didn’t take any money from Govt. Treasury. By making a venomous statement against Aurangzeb, Mr. Goud has hurt the sentiments of the Muslims. He must, therefore, withdraw his remarks and apologize to the Muslims. There is no comparison of TDP rule and the governance of emperor Aurangzeb there is no comparison of TDP functioning with that of congress rule in A.P. During the tenure of 9 years of TDP rule, the budget only Rs. 6 crore which has been increased to Rs. 489 in Congress regime. Congress Govt. has provided 4% reservation to Muslims. It is also providing scholarships to poor and needy Muslim students. They are also getting their school and college fees reimbursed Govt. has made the Muslims partners in its welfare schemes.
Muslim has been given their share in the allotment of houses and distribution of lands.
He told that there is a need to take some more steps for the upliftment of the Muslims.
