St.Lucia, May 11: Team India will take on Sri Lanka in a do-or-die match of ICC World T20 here on Tuesday.
It will be a must win game for both sides as winner will qualify for Semifinal of Twent20 World Cup 2010.
For India, Dhoni & his young army will have to defeat Islanders by at least 20 runs.
Counting on good fortune, Team India is expecting miracle in St Lucia.
On Monday, Pakistan stunned South Africa by 11 runs to book semifinal berth.
Pakistan were also in same situation where India is. If India defeat Sri Lanka, in such condition, Australia will have to thrash host West Indies by any margin.
St Lucia is a place where India can play Sri Lankan bowlers very easily.
Dhoni might make some changes in the side, Murli Vijay is likely to pave way for experienced Dinesh Karthik to open with out of form Gautam Gambhir.
Ravindra Jadeja may also seat in dug out as spectator today. Vinay Kumar or Piyush Chawla may replace him in the final eleven.
However, skipper Dhoni has shown confidence in Jadeja saying that no one can judge his performance by just two match. “He bowled brilliantly in past one and half year.”
Senior campaigners, skipper Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh, are still quite with the bat. They will have to fire today against Sri Lanka to keep India’s hope alive in the Twenty20 World Cup.
Despite winning the last match of Super Eight, India will have to depend on Australia to beat West Indies.
