Three students of A.P. Study Circle who qualified for Civil Services met the C.M. of A.P. Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy along with Social Welfare Minister Mr. P. Satyanarayana. The Minister informed that A.P. Study Circle had offered coaching to 6 students for the Civil Services Examination of 2012 out of which 3 students got selected. They are Mr. L. Shiva Shanker (Dharmawaram) Rank 411, D. Kishore Babu (Gudiwada, Kishna District) Rank 703 and D. Poonam Kumar (Mancherial, Adilabad District) Rank 960. C.M. congratulates all the three candidates. Dr. P.K. Mohenty Principal Secretary, Mr. Vinay Kumar, Commissioner of Social Welfare, Ms. Uday Lakshmi and other officials were present on this occasion. State Govt. allocated Rs.8 crore in the budget to meet the expenses of A.P. State Circles. Rs.12 crore have also been allocated for the construction of permanent building for study circles.
