Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kiran Bedi on Friday avoided commenting on Congress leader Ajay Maken’s remark that the former IPS officer has experience of fighting with her seniors.
“I think he is a good person, let him say what he wants to. I have work to do, I do not have time to comment on what others say,” Bedi said.
Maken had earlier said that Bedi had the experience of fighting with seniors during her service.
“Both Kejriwal and Kiran Bedi were with Anna Hazare during his protest against corruption. At that time, both these leaders had stated that they wouldn’t join politics. Now, both have joined. She has experience of fighting with her seniors. Kiran Bedi has experience as a bureaucrat, when one runs political administration one has to think differently and not like a bureaucrat,” Maken added.
Bedi, who joined the BJP yesterday, said that she was highly impressed with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.
