New Delhi, February 15: After having won awards and accolades for her performance in several films, actress Priyanka Chopra has now added another feather to her hat. She has been featured in the list of top 100 most desirable women of a men’s magazine and guess what — the actor has even raced ahead of Hollywood hottie Angelina Jolie!
The list was unveiled early this month and the names have been chosen by the readers themselves.
Talking about the honour, the actor who is mighty impressed refuses to believe that she is either sexy or desirable. “Honestly, I don’t really see myself as being desirable or sexy. But, I’ve been lucky because I have fans and friends alike who think I am and therefore I think I am as desirable as the people around me make me feel so,” says Chopra reacting to making it to the list. She is also super-excited to be placed at number 62 on the list — way ahead of Angelina Jolie.
But Chopra plays coy when asked her about being compared to Angelina. “Angie is one of my favourite actors. I think she is also one of the sexiest and most desirable women in the world and I am most flattered that the votes have put me in this position.”
This is not Chopras first brush with the bold and sexy. Her bold portrayal of a sexy businessman’s wife in Aitraaz got her noticed and that is perhaps the first time that the audience saw her unleash her sexy side. And more recently her super-hot bikini bod in Dostana saw men going ga-ga over her.
Since this poll is about being desirable, we ask her about what she finds most desirable about herself and she quips, “My eyes and my lips.”
The actor is also of the opinion that besides having a hot bod it is the confidence that a woman exudes that makes her a lot sexier.
But there is more… “I think it’s her confidence and the way that she carries herself. It’s also the way that she can make a man feel,” ends Chopra.
