Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati on Monday said the central government has made tall promises as per their election manifesto, but it is now to be seen how those agendas get implemented.
She said whatever the President Pranab Mukherjee had said about the new government’s agenda, was the same one that the BJP had released at the start of the elections.
Mayawati said that she is sceptical about the government providing skills to each hand, families being provided with homes by 2022, poverty and inflation ending.
She said providing housing is quite an onerous task, and would be dependent on the central government”s financial solvency.
Mayawati also said that if a government makes promises, then the financial condition of the states should also be assessed. (ANI)
