Hyderabad: Famous shooter of Hyderabad, Nawab Shafat Ali Khan once again was successful in killing the carnivorous leopard in Jalgaon District of Maharashtra State.
It is reported that the leopard had created panic in more than 20 villages. It had attacked nine persons and separated heads from their bodies. In order to catch the leopard, Forest Dept. of Maharashtra State had arranged 20 cages and constituted special teams but could not succeed.
Chief Conservator of Forests, Jalgaon District had specially invited Nawab Shafat Ali Khan to kill the leopard. Mr. Khan went to Jalgaon along with his team on 4th December. He inspected the spot and found that in fact, there were two carnivorous young leopards which were targeting the people.
Mr. Khan shot the leopard with his magnum riffle and killed it. The people of Jalgaon got relief and applauded Mr. Khan and his team. He was taken in a procession in the area.
