Hyderabad: An unmarried woman in an attempt to abort her pregnancy delivered a baby girl in the toilet of her neighbour. This incident took place at Rasoolpura which falls under the jurisdiction of Begumpet Police Station.
According to the details, the woman had contacted a private homeopath for getting her pregnancy terminated. He gave her medicine.
After taking the medicine, she starting feeling pain in her stomach. Unable to bear the pain, she went to the toilet of her neighbour where she delivered a child.
Seeing the newly born child, the neighbour informed the doctor.
Newly born girl dies
The doctor reached the spot. However, the newly born girl had died by then.
Meanwhile, the woman who was bleeding heavily was rushed to hospital for treatment.
After this incident, the homeopath fled away. Police registered a case and started investigation.
