Hyderabad: In yet another shocking case, a 22-year-old woman was raped by her maternal uncle multiple times. Later, the victim lodged a complaint with the police.
According to the report published in Telangana Today, the accused was pursuing his education in California since 2016.
In the complaint, the victim claimed that recently, the accused had returned to Hyderabad and raped her multiple times.
As per the details furnished by the police, the accused had also taken photographs of the crime and threatened her that he would make it viral if she discloses anything about the crime to anyone.
It is also alleged that the victim and the accused were in relationship for the past six years. They were in contact through social media and mobile phone.
On Friday, when he raped her again, the victim informed her parents and approached the police.
Begumpet Police registered a case and started investigation.
