Hyderabad: TRS leader kills man who cheated his slain daughter

Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samiti leader arrested by the Adibhatla police for allegedly killing a man by stabbing who had previously sexually abused the former’s daughter.

According to Times of India, this had happened at Mitra bar in Turkayamzal on Monday night. Shyam Sundar Reddy, TRS leader from Saidabad allegedly stab to death G Rajesh, 32, who was the head in management committee of Hanuman temple in LB Nagar said the police.

Shyam Sundar Reddy’s 23-year-old daughter, the late Anusha Reddy who use to run a boutique at LB Nagar was kidnapped and raped by Rajesh to which he was arrested by Chaitanyapuri police in March 2015. In a complaint given by Anusha said that Rajesh had sexually assaulted her by claiming to be unmarried. He married her at the Hanuman temple in LB Nagar in 2014. She started ignoring Rajesh when she got to know she was deceived.

Rajesh was arrested in March 2015 on the Basis of Anusha’s complaint, but later he was out on bail after a few days.

In the same month, when Anusha was upset the family took her out on a picnic she committed suicide by jumping into Nagarjunasagar

Rajesh had list of 10 criminal cases against him out of them mostly were tricking people at Hayathnagar police station. He was sent to jail for one year under Preventive Detention (PD) Act after the death of Anusha.

Ibrahimpatnam ACP S Malla Reddy said that “Shyam Sundar Reddy has been waiting to take revenge for his daughter’s death.” When Rajesh and his friend were about to leave from the bar on Monday, Shyam Sundar and his four assistants allegedly attacked him with knives.

Rajesh died on the spot with multiple stab wounds. Before Yugandhar could react, the assailants fled the scene,” the ACP said.

A murder case had been registered against Shyam Sundar and his associates under section 302 of the IPC.
