Hyderabad: The last date of disclosure of black money ended on 30th September. It is a very striking regulation that in Hyderabad maximum amount of black money has been revealed. 10 persons who were related to each other have disclosed more than ten thousand crore black money. This is the highest individual declaration of black money. Five days back, a person from Hyderabad had disclosed black money worth Rs. 150 crore. In Telangana itself, rupees 17000 crore black money was disclosed which is a highest amount in the country. Till three days back, Income Tax Dept. had received income declarations worth Rs. 2000 crore. It is understood that these black money Benami transactions were made by a few politicians and industrialists. The amounts disclosed are being scrutinized. The final figures may vary.
Union Minister for Finance, Mr. Arun Jaitely told that black money worth 65250 crore has been disclosed in the entire country.
