Hyderabad: In the last two years, Hyderabad witnessed a drastic rise in land prices. In some areas, it increased by 100%.
According to the report published in Times of India, the cost of land is highest in Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills. However, the increase in land prices in these areas are slow due to no availability of big plots.
Mr. Veera Babu, managing director, Cushman & Wakefield (Hyderabad) said that stable government and growth in commercial and residential sectors are some of the reasons for the increase in land prices.
