Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, the quarrel between couple resulted in the death of a man. This incident took place in Wahed Colony, Rein Bazar, Yakutpura.
According to the details of the incident, Shahabuddin, resident of Yakutpura had married Rubina Begum seven months back. On, 28th June, the newly married couple indulged in heated arguments after which the woman went to her parent’s house, located at Wahed Colony.
Shahabuddin went to his in-laws’ house to get back his wife. However, his father-in-law and mother-in-law were not prepared to send their daughter.
Meanwhile, in order to horrify his wife, Shahabuddin attempted to pour petrol on her body. Shahabuddin’s brother-in-law, Syed Taj intervened to rescue his sister. After this attempt, Shahabuddin poured petrol on Syed Taj and set him ablaze.
Police registered a case and shifted the accused to jail.
