Hyderabad: KiKi Challenge, a new social media craze is under fire after a number of people around the world have suffered injuries. The challenge involves people jumping out of a moving car to dance to the popular Drake song ‘In My Feelings.’
Telangana Director General of Police M Mahender Reddy responded seriously on KiKi challenge today and exhorted the youth not to accept such challenges. He warned the youth of severe action if they indulged in KiKi dance.
The DGP also warned that the police would take into custody both the challenger and the dancer. He also said already the police kept a vigil on social media. The Police department also alerted the district police commissioners and Superintendents of Police in this regard across the state. “These days, it has become a fashion to accept KiKi challenge and the youth were dancing on the roads while jumping from the car or auto leading to danger to the lives of those indulging in challenge and to other vehicles on the road”, he added.
