Hyderabad: Haj pilgrims proceeding to Saudi Arabia for their pious journey faced a strange situation when Air India served Patanjali’s apple and mango juices.
It may be mentioned that earlier, the Muslim clerics had issued a fatwa against Patanjali products as they reportedly do not contain ‘halal’ ingredients.
Some of the Haj pilgrims drank these juices unknowingly whereas, others did not consume them. Since the objections were raised, it is the duty of Air India authorities to stop it.
