Hyderabad: A court at LB Nagar pronounced life sentence to the person who had killed his fellow teacher.
According to the details of the case, in 2015, Shiva Prasad (30) had set ablaze his fellow teacher, Sridevi (32).
The husband of the deceased had lodged a complaint with the police.
It was reported that Shiva Prasad and Sridevi were working as teachers in a private school. They had money transactions also.
The husband of the woman, Mr. Satyanarayana had admonished Shiva Prasad and asked him to keep himself away from Sridevi. However, Shiva Prasad continues visiting the house of Sridevi in the absence of her husband.
On 24th March 2015, Shiva Prasad came to the woman’s house when she was alone. Shiva Prasad attacked Sridevi, poured petrol on her body and set her ablaze. Police had filed a charge sheet after conducting thorough investigation.
