Hyderabad: Unable to bear the husband’s humiliation, a woman committed suicide. This incident took place in Guddimalkapur area.
According to the details, Keerti had got married to Bhasker after falling in love with him.
However, a few days after the marriage, Bhasker started suspecting her character and was harassing her. He was also forcing her to get a dowry of Rs. 2 lakh.
It is reported that the in-laws of Bhasker had already given a huge amount as dowry earlier. He was not satisfied with it.
He used to tell his wife that he incurred a huge loss due to love marriage. He also used to say that had he married another girl, he would have got more dowry.
Tappa Chabootra Police registered a case and started investigation.
