Hyderabad: In Shamsabad area, near Siddanti Graveyard, the dead body of a woman was found on 11th June.
Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Police, Shamsabad had started investigation after registering this case.
Addressing a press conference at Shamsabad, Mr. Ashok Kumar Goud, ACP informed that M. Padmamma (40) had developed extramarital relationship with Srinu (42), resident of Farooq Nagar, Shamsabad. They were living together for the past six years.
It was reported that Srinu had left his wife and Padmamma her husband. They had met earlier during a train journey. Both were in live-in relationship.
A few days back, Srinu suspected the character of Padmamma.
With an intention to murder her, Srinu compelled Padmamma to consume liquor. Later, he took her to a graveyard near Siddanti.
After reaching the spot, he dumped a heavy stone on her head and killed her.
On receiving information, police identified the culprit with the help of CCTV cameras and arrested him within 24 hours. He was presented in the court of law. The magistrate gave him in judicial custody.
