Those who had purchased lands are now thinking to dispose of them as they may fetch a handsome amount.
Before TS Assembly elections, speculations were that real estate business is dim but after Lok Sabha elections, the value of lands is hiked.
Since no lands are available in the city limits, most of the new offices are likely to be set up around the ring road areas.
It is also expected that foreign companies are seriously thinking to invest in Telangana since the state is a safe place for investors.
In view of the politically stable situation in Telangana, persons from other states are coming to Hyderabad for permanent settlement. It is also one of the reasons for the price rise in land value.
