Hyderabad: In Valmiki Nagar locality of East Maredpally, a heinous crime took place wherein the husband killed his pregnant wife.
According to the report of Mr. Srinivas, Inspector of Police, Marredpally, B. Satyawati (32) had got married to B. Sunny in 2013. The couple was living in East Marredpally area. The husband is an addict drunkard. He used to harass his wife quite often.
As per the details, Sunny took his four month old pregnant wife to a hospital for medical checkup. Later, he brought her back home.
On the night of 22nd January, when Satyawati did not respond to telephone calls, her father, Ramulu reached her house. He found the house locked.
Later, Sunny went to his father-in-law’s house and informed him that he has assassinated Satyawati by strangling her.
Police registered a case and arrested the accused. The dead body of the deceased was sent to Gandhi Hospital.
