Mumbai, September 29: The second Test between India and New Zealand would be played at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi stadium at Uppal from November 12-16 instead of the originally designated venue, Kanpur.
“Hyderabad will be the new Test centre and has been allotted the second Test against New Zealand,” the Cricke Board said today.
The allotment of the Test match to Hyderabad and the inability expressed by Punjab Cricket Association to host an ODI against the visitors has necessitated more changes in the tour itinerary, according to the BCCI.
The second and third ODIs, scheduled at Hyderabad and Mohali, will be played instead at Jaipur and Vadodara.
The revised itinerary is:
Oct 31: New Zealand team arrives.
