Hyderabad: The case against Koneru Madhu in connection with Emmar scam that took place during YS Rajasekhar Reddy was quashed by Hyderabad High Court on Friday.
Justice B Siva Sankara Rao of High Court has stated CBI had not evaluated the case material filed in the final report and thus allowed the quash petition filed by Koneru Madhu in March 2016. Koneru Madhu is the son of Koneru Rajendra Prasad.
The Judge added father-son relationship cannot be used to claim the petitioner’s involvement in the crime reported Hans.
