Hyderabad High Court bifurcation: Naidu obstructs, Venugopala Chari confirms

Hyderabad: Special Representative of Govt. of Telangana, Dr. Venugopala Chari blamed that Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu, CM of A.P. is creating hurdles in the bifurcation of Hyderabad High Court. This is evident from the statement made by Central Law Minister, Mr. Sadananda Gowda who told that CM of A.P. should identify the place for accommodating A.P. High Court.

Mr. Venugopala Chari further told that this issue is included in the A.P. Reorganization Act. Injustice is being done to Telangana in this case. Bifurcation of High Court, funds to be received from Central Govt., allotment of officials, establishment of educational institutions are the issues on which the attitude of Govt. of India is deplorable. He further told that Mr. KCR represented to Mr. Modi eight times for the bifurcation of High Court. The assurance given by Mr. Sadananda Gowda in Parliament is not important. Now Mr. Gowda has clearly indicated that Mr. Chandrababu Naidu is a big block in the bifurcation of High Court. In the appointments of judges also Mr. Naidu is doing injustice to Telangana. He is creating hurdles in the development of Telangana State and creating new issues for the people of the State. He also told that special functions would be organized at Telangana Bhavan of New Delhi wherein various ministers and Ambassadors of different counties would be invited.
