Hyderabad: Here’s the list of educational qualifications of MLAs

Hyderabad: In Telangana State, out of 119 newly elected MLAs, 71 are highly educated. They are graduates, postgraduate and even Ph.D. Newly elected MLAs also include Doctors, Engineers, Law degree holders.

According to the report published in New Indian Express, out of 119 MLAs, 43 are graduates, 26 are postgraduates, 2 are Ph.D. holders, 27 belongs to diploma background or have passed 10+2 and rest MLAs have done schooling.

Surprisingly, this does not hold true in the case of Greater Hyderabad. Out of 24 MLAs, only 5 MLAs hold degrees.
