Hyderabad: A youth who had fallen in “Madhu Sudhan Nagar Nala” in Jedimetla area was swept away by fast-moving currents of water. His dead body was found one kilometre away in Ganesh Nagar area. Local residents tried their level best to save him but failed to do so.
Irate local residents protested against municipal officials. The local residents have been inviting the attention of municipal authorities about the overflowing of water. Due to excessive rainfall, the flow of water increased which resulted in the death of the youth.
