Hyderabad: Hyderabad High Court issued stay order for three months on the land allotted to Owaisi Hospital and Research Center by Govt. of Telangana
Sheikh Aneesha, resident of Nadeem Colony, Tolichowki who is a private employee had filed a PIL in Hyderabad High Court challenging the GO issued by Govt. of TS for allotting valuable land to Owaisi Hospital.
In her petition, she mentioned that the market value of the land allotted is Rs. 40 crore whereas Govt. gave it to the said hospital for a consideration of Rs.3.75 crore causing great loss to Govt. exchequer.
She also mentioned that a land measuring 6500 sq. yards was illegally allotted to the hospital.
