Hyderabad: The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested a senior assistant/bench clerk of Addl. Family court in City Civil Courts Complex for demanding as undue advantage in the form of motorcycle for himself and Rs. 15 Lakhs to the judge.
The accused officer has been identified as Bojja Rama Krishna aging 44 years resident of Balapur Mandal. He asked bribe from the complainant a private employee for performing an official duty improperly and dishonestly, for securing an order from district court Judge, Addl. Family Court of City Civil Courts in favor of complainant case.
The ACB has arrested the suspect officer, who will be produced before the Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases in Hyderabad.
