Hyderabad: Govt. of Telangana ensured that the city dwellers get drinking water. Water was released yesterday from Sri Sailam Project into Nagarjuna Sagar.
Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board officials had invited the attention of the Govt. for shortage of drinking water for the city. In view of this Govt. ordered to release 18, 116 cusec water for Nagarjuna Sagar. 800 cusec water will be provided from Nagarjuna Sagar to the city.
