Institution of Indian Scientists, Indian National Science Academy has selected chief scientist of CSIR-IICT, S Chandrashekhar as a fellow for the year 2015. He has been selected for fellowship in recognition of his services in the field of organic Chemistry during the past two decades. Dr. Chandrashekhar has also invented some improved drug molecules.
