Hyderabad: Reacting on the objectionable and blasphemous statement by UP Shia Waqf Board Chairman Waseem Rizvi on Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) and Jesus Christ are the descendants of Shri Raam.
Holding a press meet on Friday, President of Al Lisaan Islamic Foundation Advocate, Mir Nizam Ali Khan said, “Provocation statement by Waseem Rizvi against Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) has evil intention of hurting the religious sentiments and inciting violence, adding that, we have also lodged a complaint against UP Shia Waqf Board Chairman Waseem Rizvi for his blasphemous statement in Santosh Nagar police station, South Zone, Hyderabad”.
Mr. Nizam and Syed Waseem a social activist also requested the Muslim scholars, UP Government and police officials to take strict action against Waseem Rizvi for his provoking and hatred statements.
