Hyderabad: In a surprising incident, Assistant Commissioner of Police slapped a woman who was an accused in a theft case.
Mr. S. Ranga Rao, Begumpet ACP slapped a woman accused of theft during a press conference. Later, ACP was transferred to the City Armed Reserve (CAR) headquarters.
The incident was caught on camera.
