Sushanth, a five-year-old, class I student was attacked by two pet dogs attacked when he was walking with his father early in the morning.
Prabhudas Reddy was taking his dogs for a walk and the boy was walking with his father Yellamandiah, at about 8 am. “As soon as Reddy crossed the duo, one of his pet dogs came loose from the leash and started biting him. Soon the other dog came loose and started attacking the boy” Sub-inspector of police, Miyapur Raghu Ram said.
The boy was rescued and shifted him to a nearby private hospital, as passersby immediately responded and came to his rescue. His condition is said to be stable and he escaped with minor injuries.
Sushanth’s father ha filed a complaint against the owner of the dog, police have booked case on Prabhudas Reddy under Section 298 and 337 of IPC and an investigation is underway.
