Hyderabad, September 23: The Hyderabad Police today slapped three cases against the senior Sangh Parivar leader and former BJP leader Ram Vilas Vedanti for making inflammatory speeches during the Ganesh immersion.
According to the sources the sleuths of Special Branch and Intelligence Department have recorded Vedanti’s speech yesterday and after the analysis of speeches the city police has decided to book a case against him.

Ram Vilas Vedanti who was invited by the state Bajrang Dal unit has made certain provocative speeches about the Babri Masjid and against the Muslim community during the Ganesh immersion yesterday.
The Commissioner of Police Mr. A.K. Khan told, “ We have registered three cases against Ram Vilas Vedanti under section 153(A) of IPC (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion) for making inflammatory speeches near Charminar, Moazamjahi Market and at Tank Bund”.
