Hussain Shah Wali Wakf Land case – Jameetul Ulema decides to become party

Jameeatul Ulema of AP has decided to become a party in the Dargah Hussain Shah Wali Wakf Land case which is being heard in Supreme Court of India. At the instance of State President of Jameeatul Ulema, Maulana Hafiz Peer Shabeer Ahmed, MLC, General Secretary of All India Jameeatul Ulema contacted the lawyers Mr. Anup George and Shakeel Ahmed Syed, Advocates of Supreme Court. These lawyers had appeared in the Muslim reservations case in A.P. High Court.

President of Jameeatul Ulema told that due to not not pursuing the case in Supreme Court, the opponent Party got injuction orders which is against the interests of Wakf and it is likely to cause damage to Wakf properties.

Hafiz Shabbir Ahmed told that Jameeatul Ulema decided to become a party to this case in the larger interests of the Muslim community so that by engaging the services of the best legal experts, appropriate efforts could be made in the Supreme Court.

He said that he had spoken to Maulana Asad Madani who has applauded the decision to become a party in this case. He assured every possible help in this case on his behalf.
