Jaipur: A 27-year-old man allegedly killed his wife by strangulating her in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan.
Pradeep Kumar Jat allegedly killed his wife Nirmala Devi (22) and buried her body far from his house in Navalgarh town of this district suspecting her character, they said.
The body was exhumed from an isolated area in Piprali village, nearly 25 km from Navalgarh today, police said.
The woman’s father filed a missing complaint on September 18 after he did not find his daughter with Pradeep, they said, adding, the accused has been arrested.
On interrogation, Pradeep confessed to the crime, police claimed.
