A 24-year-old housewife brutally murdered by her husband in Bhavaninagar police station limits.
According to Bhavaninagar police, the deceased Shahnaaz Begum (24) an Bangle worker W/o Mohammed Layeeq R/o Amannagar Talabkatta of Bhavaninagar, on Friday early deceased husband Layeeq asked his wife to gave rupees 500, her wife denied to gave money due to which he quarreled with his wife, and also suspected her fidelity and often picked up quarrel, In a fit of rage her husband Layeeq doused the wife with kerosene and set her ablaze leading to severe burns. Immediately she was rushed to Osmania Hospital for treatment where undergoing treatment she was died on Sunday early hours.
Bhavaninagar police registered a case of murder against her husband under section 302 IPC and dead body shifted to Osmania Hospital Mortuary for postmortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to her relatives and began investigation. Additional Inspector P Shankaraiah said. (INN)
