Hyderabad, September 6: Second wife committed suicide after a row over buying dresses for first wife’s children. The incident occurred at Raedurgam police station limits where 35 year old Vekateshwaramma alias Razia Begum hanged herself to death yesterday night. According to police sources Razia Begum, wife of Mohammad, resident of Gachibowli, hanged herself to death after a row with her husband. It is said that Razia Begum who was the second wife of Mohammad had been living with him for the past 15 years.
Mohammad had decided to buy cloths for the children of his first wife on which Razia Begum resented and opposed. They had argument over the issue after which Mohammad beat Razia. Distraught over this she committed suicide.
