Communist leader and former Rajya Sabha MP Mr. Syed Aziz Pasha said that the hurdle created in the release of former constable Abdul Quadeer is a serious conspiracy. The people’s representatives who are afraid of damage in the event of his release are creating hurdles. He appealed to the activists of INSAF organization to continue their struggle for the release of Abdul Quadeer.
Referring to the murder case of DIG Mr. Sirajuddin of CRPF, he said that his assassin was released immediately whereas Abdul Quadeer who has already served 22 years jail, is not being released. It is a shameful act for the functioning of democracy in our country.
The total duration of his life sentence was 14 years which he completed 8 years back but he was implicated in some other criminal cases. His imprisonment is a black spot on the face of our democracy.
Mr. Aziz Pasha expressed these thoughts while addressing the Hyderabad Council members of Greater Hyderabad INSAF organization at Makhdoom Bhavan yesterday. Present on this occasion were General Secretary INSAF Comrade Nusrath Mohiuddin, Mohammed Yousuf, S.A. Manna, Shaik Shamsuddin, Mohammed Saleem Khan and others.
