Muslim Congressmen who had reached Chief Minister’s camp office at Begumpet, the day before yesterday faced the humiliating behavior of the Chief Minister who gave them only two minutes audience.
As a protest against the misbehavior of the CM the Congress leaders of the Muslim Community said that they had come to CM’s camp office to thank him for enhancing the budgetary allocation for the Dept. of Minorities Welfare and that they had not come to beg for the posts.
They shouted the slogans “CM Down, Down” Muslim leaders had gone to CM’s office under the stewardship of Mr. Mohammed Sirajuddin, Chairman Minorities cell of the Congress. The CM told them that he has already met the Muslim leaders who had come earlier.
