National Confederation of Human Rights Organisation has demanded CBI probe into Alair encounter. It urged to give ex-gratia to the family members of the victims and book murder case under section 302 IPC against the police officers. It has been decided to stage 2-day Chalo Delhi and Andhra and Telangana Bhawan March on October 23 & 24 respectively, to seek justice from central and state governments.
Telangana State Coordinator National Confederation of Human Rights Organisation Mr. Mohammed Abid and President Telangana State Popular Front of India Mr. Mohammed Abdul Ahad told this in press conference. They told that in the proposed Chalo Delhi programme a press conference would be held on October 23 , at Indian Women’s Press Corps (IWPC), New Delhi while protest march will be held on October 24 at 11 am. CBI probe into the fake encounter, per head Rs. 30 lakh ex-gratia to the kin of victims and case against guilty police officers will be demanded.
