Hyderabad: On Saturday, based on the petition filed by A.P. Balala Hakkula Sangham in the incident of dogs mauled 4-year-old boy to death, The State Human Rights Commission issued a notice to the Collector and District Magistrate of Guntur.
HRC also sought a report from the collector of Guntur in this regard.
According to the news published in Deccan Herald, stray dogs mauled four-year-old boy, Premkumar to death at Adavi Tekkala Padu under Guntur Municipality.
Demanding criminal cases against Municipal Officials, Balala Hakkula Sangham alleged that the Guntur Municipal Corporation Officials failed in eradicating stray dogs.
