Job Description:
MarketTools seeks HR Executive with at least four years of Global HR and Payroll experience. Payroll Processing is an important activity which calls for absolute accuracy at the same time is also time-critical. Global payroll is processed on a bi-weekly (USA) and monthly basis (EU [The Netherlands, France, Spain, Germany and the UK], Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, China & India). This person is required to perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility including data compilation and support of the Payroll Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process payroll utilizing ADP or similar payroll software
Provide accurate payroll information and verify salaries prior to payment.Process new hires (employment contracts and on-boarding), terminations (off-boarding), employee master database management, setup 401K (USA), Social Security, Pension, Insurance, Leaves and other benefit deductions
Update/maintain manual or database records. Input data accurately.Prioritise workloads. Provide admin support as required. Ensure that agreed timelines are adhered to
Provide timely responses to employee inquiries
Comply with regulatory requirements
Experience working ADP TotalSource (USA) is preferred
Good understanding on Federal Income Tax, Withholding Tax, State Income Tax, Medicare Tax, Social Security (USA), National Insurance Contributions, Social Security, Medical Insurance, Pension Plans etc. (EU) is preferred
