Job Description:

Understanding the client requirement
Sourcing the profile accordingly as per the client needs
Expertise in using job portals like monster,naukri,times job etc
Screening the candidate profile and shortlisting.
Familiar in taking face to face interviews.
Experience in taking joining formalities and on boarding the candidates.
Issuing offer letters.
Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
Following up candidate who got offered in the company
Highly expertise in internal and external requirement.
