Job Responsibilities:
Manage Human Resources for India. Works Operationally with the CEO and functionally with Corporate Office. The role encompasses a combination of strategic & operational leadership.
Summary:
Part of the management team, which drives excellence in Service Operations as well as best in class organizational climate & values across the organization.
Must have US Immigration experience
Experience in IT Services Mandatory
Responsible for policy design and implementation
Guides management on key people decisions
Change Lead for the organization
Ensures a practical & agile HR plan
Works closely with Corporate, and networks with other HR Heads across India
Ability to coach peers/ other leaders
As a talent manager, develops & maintains succession plan for key roles
Responsible for development of his/ her HR team
Compensation & Benefits Management
Performance Management for a high performance culture
Responsible for monitoring key HR functions of talent acquisition, learning & development, compliance, payroll etc.
Key driver of employee engagement and relations
Interfaces externally to build the organization image as an Employer of Choice

Must be located in Hyderabad, and available for business related travel in the India and U.S.
