The Role
Our client, is a market leader with an enviable brand reputation. Due to the continued expansion of the business they are looking for a strong HR Business Partner to be based in Doha, Qatar with proven experience from a true HR business partner model in a large complex commercial business.

The successful candidate will need to drive change and continue to assist the business to adapt to the business partner model. Responsible for developing and embedding the companies HR strategy as well as providing professional HR guidance and support with the objective of adding value to the business. This individual will lead continuous improvement programmes establishing consistent HR processes and practices.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Day to day operational accountabilities
* Strategy & Leadership Development
* Staff Management
* Development of HR services and processes
* Innovation of strategies of support training and development needs

Requirements
