Job Description:
Ensure efficient and robust implementation of HR processes and work towards Customer delight.
Own up entire Employee Life Cycle Management and manage all relevant processes as per TAT.
Coordination for PF Withdrawals, ESI code generation etc.
Manage employee benefits like GMC, GPA.
Maintenance of employee records in soft and physical form as per the checklists.
Provide support in HR Audit and ensure zero major non-compliance.
Provide support in HR Software implementation
