Job Description:

To work on specific projects in HR for process improvement.
Collection of data and inputs from concerned HoDs for process improvements
To create and maintain the documentation pertaining to all process improvements.
To assist in rolling out changes in HR processes and policy across the LVPEI network
LVPEI is poised for growth and the processes and policies of HR need to be strengthened to meet the challenges of growth. This involves revisiting and re-engineering all HR processes , policies and SOPs and to make changes where required.
The incumbent will be assigned to special projects with clearly defined deliverables and time frame. Working with the HR consultant, the incumbent will plan and carry out assigned tasks.
Should be ready to travel.

Salary:INR 2,25,000 – 3,75,000 P.A
