Shimla, September 10: The Himachal Pradesh government today declared holiday for tomorrow in all the government schools across the state in view of continuous rains.
A one-day holiday was announced for nearly 16,000 government schools from class I to XII for tomorrow in view of heavy rains, director education O P Sharma told PTI.
But, there will be no holiday for the teachers and administrative officials of the schools, he added.
Sharma said, September 12 being second Saturday is already a holiday, one day closure tomorrow means giving three days to the students and during this duration the weather is expected to improve before the schools reopens on Monday.
