DUBAI: The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has issued a reminder on how Indian passport holders can get UAE visa as soon as they arrive in the country.
Sharing an informative easy-to-follow video on the GDRFA’s social networking sites on Tuesday evening, the clip explained how certain Indian nationals can secure a UAE visa on arrival.
“Go to the Marhaba service desk to pay the entry fees, and then go to the passport control counter,” said the GDRFA.
“The maximum period allowed an entry permit holder can stay in the UAE is 14 days, and can be extended once after paying a Dh250 renewal fee and a Dh20 service fee.”
If it exceed the specified period of 14 days or an additional 28 days, your visa will incur a Dh100 fine for every additional day as well as a Dh200 departure permit.
